Kaitlyn Clarke, PhD, CCC-SLP, BCS-CL
Dr. Kaitlyn Clarke is an Assistant Professor in the Communication Sciences and Disorders department at Marywood University. She graduated summa cum laude from Misericordia University in 2011 with a Master of Science in Speech-Language Pathology and later completed her doctoral degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders from Pennsylvania State University. Dr. Clarke's clinical practice and research focus on language learning in autism, with particular emphasis on integrating early language development principles with the implementation of augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) supports. She teaches undergraduate and graduate courses and supervises students in the campus clinic, where she emphasizes strengths-based assessment and instruction, interprofessional practice, and neurodiversity-affirming approaches.
