Elizabeth Guyette, MA, CCC-SLP, BCS-CL

Elizabeth is a Community-Based Speech Language Pathologist with Health PEI in Prince Edward Island, Canada. Elizabeth completed her master’s degree at Indiana University and has worked in many different clinical settings over the last 20 years, including most recently at the Arizona State School for the Deaf and Blind, as well as the University of Arizona, where she was a clinical educator. She specializes in early intervention for a variety of speech and language challenges, parent coaching, and holistic evaluation and treatment of young children with autism. Elizabeth completed a LEND (Leadership Education in Neurodevelopmental and Related Disabilities) fellowship at the UC Davis MIND Institute as well as training in the Early Start Denver Model (ESDM). She is certified by The Hanen Centre and has years of experience teaching More Than Words to parents of children with autism. Her other areas of clinical interest include treating bilingual/multilingual children with developmental language disorders, dyslexia, speech sound disorders, and stuttering. Elizabeth is proficient in Spanish and lives in a bilingual/bicultural home. She highly values working with culturally and linguistically diverse children and families directly or with interpreters. She is currently licensed to practice in both the United States (Arizona) and Canada (PE).
